Information you share

When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, interest, timing and message. We also record when the inquiry was submitted and its source page. Please do not send account numbers, identity documents or sensitive financial information through this form.

How your information is used

Joe Shashaty uses this information to respond to your request, discuss the services you asked about and maintain inquiry records. We may send an acknowledgment email. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or automated marketing campaign.

Services that process information

Vercel hosts this website, Supabase stores submitted inquiries, and Resend sends inquiry-related emails. Messages may also be stored in our email system. These providers process information as needed to operate those services. Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs. Our form rate limiter stores a keyed hash of an IP address rather than the raw address.

Links and other services

Booking, social-media and video links lead to external services, including Google, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn. Their own privacy practices apply when you use them. Contacting Joe by email or text also uses your chosen email or messaging provider.

Retention and security

Inquiry records are retained as needed to respond, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Access is restricted, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Rate-limit records are cleared after one day when subsequent inquiries are processed; provider logs and email records have their own retention settings.

Your requests

To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you provided, contact joe@houseofshashaty.com. We may need to verify your request. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business recordkeeping obligations. Please contact us if you receive an acknowledgment for an inquiry you did not submit.
